Stayed for 1 night in this perfect and pleasant place, appreciated that. We were upgraded to a comfort double room with bunkbeds for kids on check-in. - It was nice to have central heating, a work desk, and television.

I ate at a cheap restaurant which served excellent food. It had a very comfy bed and included a clean bathroom a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels. The location was comfortable, about 10-minute walk into town. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Neu-Ulm.

Staff were excellent, very helpful at all times. Room was clean and had a very good bathroom. Buffet breakfast was great.

On the Internet it said it was located 1km from the main railway station. It was about that distance from the station at Neu Ulm but about 3km from the main station at Ulm. It was a long walk with backpacks! Internet was only available in rooms with a cable connection. Wifi in lobby only.

Excellent value for money with a convenient restaurant serving well prepared food.

10 mins walk from the concert/sports venue ratiopharm arena. Excellent restaurant with a good choice of food and beers. Spacious room. Clean and simple room. Fast cabled Internet connection. Friendly staff.

Poor choice at breakfast as refills were not taken care of. Unsafe extra bed. No WiFi. No soap. No 24/24 reception. No elevator (not a complaint; just be aware of it).

This place has modern rooms, a decent breakfast, and the staff is friendly and pleasant, all at a good value.

the hotel was not really easy to find in the night

Mi estancia en este hotel fue fantástica. La habitación en la que me alojé era impresionante, muy espaciosa y con una decoración cuidada hasta el último detalle. El colchón y las almohadas eran comodísimos, lo que me permitió descansar plenamente. Además, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, junto a las murallas de la ciudad, lo que me proporcionó una estancia muy apacible. Además, está muy bien situado, cerca de bares y restaurantes, lo que me permitió disfrutar de la gastronomía de esta ciudad. Por otra parte, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento, brindándome un trato excelente desde mi llegada. Sin duda, uno de los mejores aspectos de este hotel.

Basic hotel, but very clean, modern and nice. The staff was very friendly! Absolutely recommendable.
